Refund Process

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your product back to us.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your product.

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the product is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is processed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@vapestar.com to arrange the exchange.
